Insurance

Every exhibitor should make certain that all shipments are covered by a full comprehensive policy from the time of dispatch from works to Dalian and return (including exhibition period), preferably through a company of which the People's Insurance Company of China is the agent in Dalian. It will be useful in case the exhibitor intends to claim for damages or loss in China. Exhibitors are free to use their own underwriters; otherwise, our company is able to arrange insurance coverage of exhibits from the point-of-origin to destination and vice-versa for re-export.
