importing centers.

Kong, Shanghai

Perched on the Liaodong
Peninsula bordering the Yellow Sea in northeastern China, Dalian

and the nearby cities in southern Liaoning Province have more than 500 seafood
processing plants that are ISO and HACCP certified to export. In
addition to being a large center for China¡¯s seafood
reprocessing industry,
Dalian and the surrounding area waters of Liaoning
Province are the largest producer in China of farmed saltwater
finfish and shellfish, the bulk of which is exported to markets
in Asia, North America and the EU.
Dalian

Seafood Expo will be held at the
Dalian
World Expo
Center, one of the largest and most
modern exhibition facilities in
China.
Late
fall in Dalian is normally dry and temperatures range
from 11º to 17º C (52º to 62º F).
